Would give them a 0 star if I could. I went in to buy a 6 volt battery for my tractor and found one here listed for $84.99 so I thought cool I'll get it. I went shopping for other things and my total came to $175 which I thought was high but I needed to hand in a core so didn't think anything of it I then went to my truck got the battery and went to hand it in. That's when I found they charged me $139 , I brought it up to the help desk girl and even bought the battery in to show her and where I got it where there was 2 more battery's just like it and her supervisor said they wouldn't honor the price. Also note that every other price in that column was the $84 price picture to show......... TRACTOR SUPPLY HAS BETTER BIGGER CRANKING AMP BATTERIES CHEAPER......
You only need to go here once you see why this 3.8 is an over rating. Staff that definitely didn't get the needed training, no common sense policy, let you do scan and pay in the yard one time then "it's not allowed" the next? Refuse to get off their phones in the booth.Makes people with disabilities go in travel all the way across the store for 18 dollars worth of lumber they could scan and pay for at point of pick up. Another example of corporate America at it's finest. This store definitely needs a management overhaul
Wanted to give a shout-out to the General Manager. I had a problem with a product today and he found the model on the shelf and walked me through my troubles. Would give 5, but there are always going to be issues with big stores. (Also George at the front desk, who took my return, great guy)
I'm always going there to get things like for the house . Well I've been looking at Snow Blowers all around at different locations. Well this morning I went and got one from this Menards everyone was very helpful thanks for the help got just the one I wanted and it was on sale . Here's a few pictures of the outside and my Snow Blower that I got from today 1-1-19 .
Very poor customer service. The first time we went to get blocks there was no one at the desk for material we waited for a good 20 minutes no way to ring a bell. The second time went there was three worker in yard and no one came to ask if we needed help. Waited good 5 minutes so I went were they were. Everyone but one guy ran in the store. When approaching worker he was very rude and you could tell helping me was a burden for him. Today I went and was talking to a worker and he seemed very uninterested and didn't care what I had to say. . So glad we will be done with the project and will no longer need to go
I want to say the employees there are friendly kind and very knowledgeable. I went to get somethings and when i couldn't find them they were very helpful in helping me and very kind hats off to this Menards. I have been to other ones and not as freindly and nice very crabby like your bothering them or something. I believe the employees at Marinette location should get a raise espcially the ones that smile and help and even go above and beyond for the store and customers I would name names but can't.
I'm not a regular at Menards. It is the only home improvement place within an hour drive, so that is where we go in the Escanaba area. The staff has been reasonably helpful and knowledgeable.
I went to Menards to order a Mastercraft door to match the other two doors that I purchased 3 years prior. I was told I could not get the nova glass door with the same matching trim but I could buy a trim package from Mastercraft and tear the new style trim off and replace it with the matching trim. Why can't they just put it on for me since the doors are made to order? This is a $2000 customizable door.This does not make sense to me and is not good business.
Colleen in appliances was very helpful in finding the right filter for my refrigerator.
Why dont these employees know any thing about the products or departments they work in? If you go to Lowes or Home Depot they at least know SOMETHING
